Where is the best place to mount a holley elec. fuel pump on a 71 Demon? Thanks.

You want it as close to the fuel supply as possible. Electric pumps push much better than they pull.

If you can find a spot on the rear frame rail near the tank that would be good.

On the garage wall next to your posters....I can't stand my Holley as it is louder than my motor! Seriously, if you haven't heard one, you might want to consider some other brand. I'm going back to a mechanical pump this winter.

Gerotor pumps night and day difference



Allen Here's a novel idea, let's not throw a bunch of parts at the car hoping it will fix the problem and instead spend a little time diagnosing it first. Life was a little easier when I was just a wrench.

Yea... I've heard lots of complaints about the noise from Holley's and Eddy's. The gerotor is suppose to be quieter... Mallory makes a pretty quiet pump.
