to install the passenger side header into my SB Dart......

I cut up a set of 1 5/8 Hedman street headers and installed slip on collectors............. Man are they nice to install now!!!!!!

I had the 1 7/8 Heddman race headers on my duster. Cut the flanges when I got them and they were a breeze to install and take off.

'92 D250 Club Cab CTD, 47RH conversion, pump tweaks, injectors, rear disc and hydroboost conversion.
'74 W200 Crew Cab 360, NV4500, D44, D60 and NP205 divorced transfer case. Rear disc and hydroboost conversion.
2019 1500 Long Horn Crew Cab 4WD, 5.7 Hemi.

I separated the flanges at the head and used a slip on collector. All tubes dropped in from the top.

I will do the drivers side later in the week. That was a little more involved.....
