It's a lot better on my time. Also remember not all of us are east coasters.

this is glad news, indeed. i may watch some championship nhra drag racing on my television this year, as a direct result of the departure of the screaming midget.

for what is the good life if not doing things thoughtfully?

Paul used to be the only person I knew who pronounced it nhRa (emphasis on ROD appaerently).

This all spun off of the old Diamond P....Living in Charlotte and knowing one of the ESPN directors, the rumor is the anchor for NHRA series is the next to least coveted job next to the "Bowling for Dollars" gig. (His words, not mine)

Long overdue. Page had no business being there, as I said several times last year. I don't know how Dunn kept his cool when Page would needle him. Now if they'll cut back on the all-Force-all-the-time bits (although Brittany is really cute) and talk to the other racers, that will be good.
What I'd most like to see is some Stock & SS coverage, but I'm not gonna hold my breath.

Well. I wouldn't say it will be GREAT but a serious inprovment. Paige S U C K E D.

More important, the whole NHRA Pro deal is getting tiresome. Tired of all Schumacher finals. REALLY bummed that he hired that WEASEL Sphincter Missy back. Sick of the Force crap, (even though I'm a JF fan)...someone else needs the TV coverage more than his camp.

They SHOULD have taken a hint from Pinks...have some Sportsman coverage and figure out how to structure it so it's ENTERTAINING.

I'm so NHRA-ed out that for the first time since 1976, I did not renew my membership.

Whew...almost started ranting there for a minute....

I shouldn't read these kind of comments while drinking coffee. Now I have to clean my keyboard.

Sad but true.

As to the Sportsman coverage....ever notice how the stands clear out after the pros run?
