I want to buy a fuel cell from summit. They only offer them with the 0 - 90 ohm gm sending unit. With Mopar requiring a 70-10 ohm can I just reverse the leads on the gm unit and be fairly close on the fuel guage reading? Will this work?

Look at Pegasus, they might have something. They also have gauges.
