I am thinking about using 70 profile tires to get somewhat lower RPM at highspeed on my 71 Cuda. Anyone tried ? What would be the widest tire size possible without modifications ? Plan to use 15x8 or 15x7 inch rim. ( Have used the search function but found no guidance about 70 tires on Cuda).

theres a thred somewhere on here with a pic of a car with 70-profile tires,and i like it.so next time i change tires i think im going with 255-70 and 225-70 on my -70 cuda,instead of the 255-60 and 235-60 thats on it now..it needs more diameter tire.....
