Anyone know a good company that makes transmission mounts for my 1978 W-150? I was hoping to get something urethane or at least heavier duty than the stock rubber. Mine have been soaked in atf for quite some time and now are a soft rubber. Any help would be appreciated.

Looking for a clean w150 or w200 **72-80 body style In the Pacific Northwest**

i used an old bias ply race slick to cut some rubber squares about the size of the mounts are round. then punched bolt holes in them, stacked them up and made my own mounts that last a long time.

at the time I could not find them for the 70 RC

Whoops , on reflection i bought the pair of transfer case mounts, for a 4x4. So maybe this is not the answer if your truck is 2wd.

72-80 should have the spool type mount that is the same as the cars.
Schumacher makes a polyurethane one.

Got some of these ordered up! They look good and are reasonably priced. Now if I can just find urethane tranny mounts

If your after the cheap way, a couple of hocky pucks. I used them on my 79 RC while waiting on new ones from the dealer. That was in the mid 90's and they were from Canada, do not know if the Chines made NHL ones will work.
