I need a radiator for my '71 SSP with auto and a/c. I want something that I can just bolt right in so I was hoping for a stock replacement. Can't seem to find any listed. Any ideas where to look?

Thanks, I just took a look at the website but WOW...$1,200!!

I guess I should of mentioned, I was looking for a stock size replacement but I don't need an exact replica. I was hoping for the $300 range.

I got a Wizard aluminum radiator for my 71 Road Runner. It was a direct bolt in and the stock shroud worked too. The only thing I had to get for it was reduction fittings for the transmission cooling lines. It was $500 but it does a great job keeping the car cool. I'm not crazy about the look of the top tank, but my car isn't stock so I guess it's okay. I don't think you will find a good direct fit radiator for $300.

I went aluminum from user johngottademondad. Definately doesnt look stock, but dropped right in, all stock stuff hooked up with no issues, and cools fantastic. Was around $230 shipped or something close.

Ended up going with Classic Industries. After using a 15% discount code it was $349 shipped.

Glad to see you found a way to go.
Curious though...Do you have the factory stamped number for the original radiator? I have one given to me amongst a bunch of other 71 B body parts and I'm curious about its value.

I'll have to go out and check the number on it. I'll try to get to it tomorrow.

That's where I bought mine from too.
Four core Champion aluminum 26 inch bolted right in and the shroud bolted right up for $280.

Do the tanks look stock? No, but for the price you can't beat it.
If you painted it black most people wouldn't know the difference.

Kayse can't keep up at all now. lol

Mine is stamped 3443 960. From what I understand it's for a 383/440 auto with A/C.

I bought one of the Champion rads for my '70 Sport Satellite. It does seem to cool alright but the fittings for the tranny cooler lines where buggered up when I got it. The flared fittings where flat on one side of both of the fittings. I should have sent it back but I tried to fix it myself and it still leaks terribly.

Should of sent it back. He seems like a straight shooter and warranties them all with a money back guarantee. He told me if there was any issues let him know and je would take care of it. Mine was perfect, not one leak.
