if your looking for a header that makes power,i think the hedman husler race header is the best you'll do. TTI fit better. Ryan J once dyno tested these two headers and he claimed the hedman to make 50 more hp.
I have decided the TTI's will be the header I run...looked into a couple of other different headers, and for what I do with the car, these would suit me best.

I believe TTI sets prices for all distributors, so its the same no matter where you get them.

got my TTI's from Compuflow. know $100 off.
They are $100 off currently? or when you bought them?
If I can't find a dealer with a special on them, I will just buy direct...they seem like a nice bunch over there from what you guys are saying

As the title says, looking to get a set of the TTI 1-7/8 SB headers for an a-body, but am wondering who has the best prices on these? Should I order them directly from TTI or somewhere else?
Thanks!
Just remember if your ordering from California there will be shipping charges. The last time I was looking at a catalytic converter for my truck and it was something like 100.00 + for shipping. I have a set of tti 17/8 for a body but I think it has the 3 inch collector. I wonder how much gain is going to the 31/2 collector? Anyways they have 11 dyno runs on them.

the headers that Ryan dyno'ed TTI had 3" collector and the husler had 3 1/2" collector. I have the 1 7/8 TTI with the 3" collector and I think the collector is alittle short for making power. also when looking up inside the collector I notice where the 4 tubes come together, their all different lengths. any other header collector i'v looked in have all been same length.
From the website it looks like they only come with 3.5" collectors now...I am only running a 3" exhaust though, so I would have to get an adapter to neck them down to fit everything else.
how long ago did you buy yours?

We kept the W5 headers around as we had noted that the new Ebrock small block head was supposed to use the W5 exhaust pattern....but plans have changed so now I have more $600 wall art.... Hopefully the Ebrock head will finally appear, maybe it will open up a market for my headers. I will say, they fit great! Easy to bolt up, good spark plug access.
yea, im wondering if those heads will ever be released myself or if they will just stay as a mythical prototype piece
anyways, thanks for all the shop recommendations guys! I have emailed a few of them
