I don't think there's a relay for any of that stuff, so definitely check the fuse with a meter, or swap with a good known fuse to troubleshoot.
all the relays are for things like the transmission, fuel pump, ASD circuit, head lights, horn, etc. I don't think any of the intnernal accessories like the radio, overhead domes, etc use relays. the heater blower motors MIGHT, but I'd have to check the diagrams again.

There is a relay for the wiper in the Power Distribution Center under the hood. The wiper relay is next to Joint Connector no 1 and is by itself. There are twelve relay sockets (3 rows of 4) next to Joint connector 3 and the 13th one by itself is the rear window wiper relay. Not all sockets have relays in them. In the Junction Block next to the driver side A pillar two fuses run the radio. Fuse 18 is switched 12V from Start/Run. Fuse 3 is from the battery. Either one will kill the radio. I would check the fuses first. Craig

Most likely you have 2 seperate problems? the dome lights and radio is probably a fuse, could be on the same circuit. The rear wiper should not. The wiper will be ignition power, while the dome light should be battery constant power and the radio needs a battery constant power also. most likely related. Are you sure the rear wiper went out at the same time?maybe just didn't notice it before?
Not true. The wiper relay gets its power from two sources: the relay coil powers from the ignition run/start position. The relay contacts that activate the motor gets it power from the battery through a fuse just like the dome light. For the Infinity radio system, there is also two sources of power: constant 12V to keep the clock running and switched 12V to turn it off when the ignition is off.
