Nothing on their website and I sent an email but still waiting for an answer. Does anybody know if you can run a stock dist gear on a BB with the Lunati Solid Roller?

Ok. I've read elsewhere that they press an iron gear on their cams but if you know first hand.

I have seen solid rollers like that. I would call Lunati and ask them.

my SB lunati 60710 voodoo hydro roller cam uses the stock intermed shaft. has the iron ring on the cast cam core.

if the solid roller cam is billet it will need the bronze gear.

if it is a cast core or has the ring it can use the stock gear from my understanding after talking to lunati tech line.

I also went with a comp 901-16 spring, single with damper over there doubles with a damper. has the same spring rate specs with no machine work to install them.

Well Lunati said bronze or composite but I can't find a composite gear anywhere. Now I'm deciding between a hyd roller or a solid roller? Mostly street use so..........

Hughes sells a coated gear that replaces bronze

And if its mostly street, do yourself a favor and go juice. Getting inside the valve covers every year's just gonna give you oil leaks and a sore back.
