Hello, is there any sort of restoration guides for restoring an old mopar? Help plan the attack. Or give correct finishes to different parts? Correct part #s for different years? Just kind of curious. Thanks

What year? There's one book on the '68-'70 B-bodies by Paul Herd that claims it's a resto guide, but it's filled with inaccuracies, photos of incorrect modifications, etc.
The best guide is a combination of your own car - if it's not corroded or modified - and the survivor cars, the Hamtramck Historical website, and various Mopar books that show original cars. Sometimes photos are of pre-production cars, so there's some research & confirmation involved in any car if the "clues" are missing, rusty, etc. The guys here will help, as most of us have been through several restorations. I still have notes & photos from most of mine, primarily '68-'69 St.Louis-built RRs with a few '68-'69 Chargers, a '63 & a '64 Plymouth too.

I spoke to Dave Wise a few days ago and he was talking about A bodies. Give him a call or send an email and let him know you're interested.
