I was wondering if there are different mirrors for the e bodies? I am looking at buying one and am unsure if it is correct for my car. A 1970 gran coupe. Mine in the car is all pitted up and has a silver knob to flip from side to side and says day and night on the lense.
The one I am looking at has a black lever that flips front and back.
So which is correct or are they both offered for the car?

My '70 'cuda has the silver knob. My '74 has a sort of black flapper that goes front to back. Not scientific, but I know the '70 is original and it has the Gran Coupe (leather) interior.

My 71 has the silver knob too.

I think the black paddle is 72-4

Do you need the mirror part or is yours just crusty? The bases clean up pretty well.
