Thats a dangerous question- last cam change in my LA I just put in an MP 557 and MP solids. If you want you can easily spend enough money that you should have gone roller in the first place. Do you want to rev to the moon? Do you need light weight? Pushrod oiling? Would ceramic coating be out of place in your app? Tool steel? Class racing rules to follow? EDM oiling holes on the bottom?

There's a ton of options depending on your application and budget. Put more info and someone that knows more than me can help you!

Is that harder than adamantium? You'd need to get the cam coated in unobtanium too or else the liffers would eat it up...
