A 6 bt is a 3' cube for a idea of size. They are 3' from edge of turbo to edge of pump. 3' from front of engine pully to bellhousing flange and 3' from top of valve cover to bottom of oil pan. I though about cramming one into my barracuda. I had a 95 standard cab 4x4 that ran mid 12s at 6800 lbs. drop 3200 lbs and it would be fun..

There are a couple 70 or 71 Monte Carlos in St. Louis with turbo diesels in them.

Its the last frontier IMO. The diesel drags are still attainable for entrepreneurial people .I am trying to convince my cousin to go halfers on a max effort car to destroy the class now .
