They are nice units with the side adjusters like a 9 inch. I sell them to alot of racers and use them in all of my dragpak cars as well. Mike

We have a Strange S60 in my dads car. Nice piece, ordered it through Dr. Diff.
Got one in the Duster.. Went to it and everyone said that we would slow down, but we picked up a bit... I love them..

Bought one six years ago, with 40 spline axles, pro gears, spool and SRP disc brakes. After about three years the car became impossible to drive. One axle tube had gotten loose and the rear flexed. Currently the situation is the same even though I reinforced the axle the last time. And it makes a lot of noice now, but I guess it's because the pro gears are worn out. Other than that it has been trouble free, one "problem" is that long gear ratios aren't available, in pro gears 4.10 is the longest. 1:06, 5:00, 8:30 In this video and you'll see how it behaved: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpG_-sDJ6Eg

Its not the one to buy if your looking to shed weight, But if you want to make this the last one you buy it a great choice.
I read a magazine that the 9in is weaker than the 8 3/4 in stock form, you have to put everything aftermarket in on to include the housing.... The Dana in stock form is great, through some aftermarket axles in and you got something you will never have to worry about. My brother had one in a 68 Cuda that he use to have, Hemi with 4speed and he beat that thing to death and never broke anything... I mean 4000 rpm and dumb the clutch....

Looks like you need a swaybar

Looks like I need an axle where the axle tubes remain intact. There is a sway bar, the reason for the behaviour was (is) a flexing akle. But I'll fix it again during the winter.
