How much offset do you need? I use the Crane Ultra Pro .210 offset. I had the lifter come apart, but I don't blame the lifter. LOL.

i got gsproducts lifters 48* r3. dude worked for crane for 40 yrs. went on his own when they closed. american made. decent price.

No clue about the cost but Isky is and has been my cam choice for years......... As far as I`ve seen, the Isky`s were the first but maybe not the case.........

Offset intake required?

There has been good things said about the CAMFX lifters....if you can get ahold of anyone.

im gonna have to inquire about the offset.I also know Chris Uratchko said good things a while back about comp part # 843 lifter being used on Butch Kemps motor spinning 9000+ he said over 100 passes and they looked perfect..they were also about 400 beans

I believe the comp #843 is no longer sold, it was replaced by the #8043, the same lifter that Brian at IMM helped to design/push.

$600 now for a set.

I had a set in my 59* stuff for 6 or 7 years 1000s of passes never a problem. Still have them in a box nevered failed just switch to 48*.

I have them in a w8 motor already..I think it might be a little overkill this other pc im.collecting parts for only gonna see about 1200hp w it.

I'm not sure that the 848's will stand up to that kinda spring pressure

Andy,will this be street N/T time sorta project
