I got this new never used M/A 500 spun aluminum T handle with a bunch of parts I purchased. Looks exactly like the standard Hurst T handle but has M/A 500 engraved into it. Any one have a clue as to what the M/A 500 means??

Sure look casted to me. The lettering would have to be machined by hand to get that lettering insert in there.

Doesn't really matter though, looks like a neat odd ball old Hi Po piece.

Hello....

I have that exact same shifter handle. I bought mine off ebay about 4 years ago. Mine was used and the threads are kinda stripped out but it could be repaired.
Neat piece.... I could never find out anything else about it.

Godspeed,
JON
