71scamp400 OP member 7 Joined: Dec 2012 Posts: 7	my boss is building a stroker motor for his a-body and was wondering what kind of 1/4 mile times he could expect. im going to give you as much info as i can about the car so the experts on here can give me an educated guess. here is what i know about the car: muscle motors 400>511 stroker kit(4.50 stroke) ross pop up pistons 14.8.1 comp cam flat tappet cam 642 gross lift 1.6 crane roller rockers edelbrock rpm 84cc heads. 727 trans with stock gear ratio 5300 stall 8" converter tci trans brake valve body dual holly 4150 hp converted to run alcohol with size 100 jets dana 60 w/spool 4.30 4 link suspension car weighs 3000lbs and the driver has the reaction time of 80 year old lady with glaucoma any guesses?

A 511 kit doesn't have a 4.5 stroke. the 4.5 stroke combo is 541 c.i. machine shop owner and engine builder

Sounds to me like it will be a car that runs in the 10's. Does it have a cert. on the cage? Does it have a roll bar? And finally, does your boss with gloucoma have a NHRA or IHRA license?
