That is not necesarrily true Do you have an O2 sensor? Bleeds affect fuel curve, different fuels will have different requirements. those requirements can be wildly different.
If you have some O2 readings that will help get it diealed in otherwise describe the issue and maybe we can help. I have not played with many Quick Fuel carbs but most dominators are pretty rich at idle, and lean up top. But again that depends on may factors. Measure what you have using small numbered drill bits. Describe what is happening and go from there. Assume it is box stock, if so I am sure QF has the info IF not you will need to measure what is there.

rebel......they should be....from vent to air cleaner ring....
.030 to .036 mains (bleed by itself) .065 to .085 mids .045 to .055 idle
Its pretty common for dom carbs of the 3 circuit version like yours to run rich everywhere and ok at wide open....you should consider a 2 circuit conversion on the carb....it will drive around like a 4150 but make great power at wide open....Jesse
thank you

Not sure how Jesse sets his up when converting them, but the older BG Dominator I have was converted to two circuit years ago. I converted it back and it runs much stronger through the middle. I think most guys find it easier to convert them to two circuit than to tune them properly. A properly running three circuit can run great, just takes more than jet swapping to get there. Keith
