Has anyone used one of the repop road runner horns from Vans, they look good and the bracket is correct but I was wondering if they sound right. The repos that were out a few years ago sounded terrible and hope these are better. I am building a 69 road runner for a customer and want the car to be right, if these aren't good I have a nice core that I can restore for him. Thanks.

you already know the repo's suck
and you buy another hoping they are somehow magically better?
this doesn't make much sense to me...

That was my question The repo I bought sounded like crap but it was several years ago I was hoping they had been retooled and corrected by now.
