sorry dont know what happened there

I bought this truck and the a/c wasnt working. I checked the relay and is is in working order. I even inter changed the relay next to it onn both sides since they are the same relay. I was playing with it yesterday and if i pull the relay and put it back in with the a/c switch in the on position the clutch will engage for about 2 seconds. if i keep doing that the clutch does the same thing but doesnt stay on. Is it the clutch or maybe something in the underhood relaybox? is there a way to jump the pins in the box to check or what?e

With the A/C system not running the pressure on both the low and high side should read the same and roughly about what the ambeint outside temp is. The low side should be reading 35-40 psi only when the compressor is running.

If you have 35 psi with the system off I suspect you are still low on charge.
