I am taking my 68 Dart apart to send out for media blasting. How does the upper window seal molding that follows the roof line come off? This is a 2dr hardtop.

Thanks,Sam

You remove the rubber weatherstipping, it is just held in by pressure, then all the screws that hold the stainless channel on. It is glued on and has a thin layer of foam, you have to pry it off the roof rail. The first time you do it it feels like it won't come off, but make sure you have ALL the screws out and pry it hard!
