No, those shields are mounted on the front below the front frame rails.

The terminology is right, at least that is what I call them too. The link you provided is not the right part as those look like the shields that go down by the frame to keep stuff from splashing in the engine bay. I thought someone was reproducing the inner fender splash shields but don't know if they do them for the 66/67 B bodies.

of course...68 on up...even saw 63 to 65...as usual...no 66/67....lol
