Are the oil holes in those stock rockers pointed up towards the rocker covers or down towards the rocker shafts?

No, the holes for the rockers, I don't remember which way the slot on the stock shafts go I think the slot goes to the rear on the passenger side and to the front on the driver side. I can look up the proper stock slot orientaion in a FSM a little later if you like

They most all have low oil pressure when you oil through the pushrod. Why would you go that route on a stock rebuild if you don't mind me asking?

Regarding the rocker shaft orientation, think Road Runner [ R R for right rear ]. The notch on the shaft goes to the rear on the right or passenger side and to the front on the drivers [ left ] side. About the pushrods. I can't see any reason for using oil through pushrods with stock stamped rockers. They certainly must account for some pressure loss.

I didn't catch the hollow oil through pushrods I would say that is a big No No Especailly if you converted the cam or motor to oil the rockers full time
