I'm looking for a nice set of roller rockers for my customer's 400hp 383 build that I'm ready to do. right now he has a new set of CAT SS-440-1, that everyone says won't live. the engine has a solid .594 lift roller cam and matching springs.
thanks in advance!

Id recommend Harland Sharps. They aren't cheap like the Chinese garbage, but I think they are a good value for the dollar spent. It's one of the hardest working parts of an engine. Doesnt pay to skimp there.

Mancini has a new style bushed roller tip rocker made exclusively for them by Harland Sharp.I really prefer the bushed rocker to a roller trunnion myself, less things to float around in the engine when there is a failure
I have only seen them in the flier but not on the website

Silly question, but why do you need roller rockers on a 400hp engine?

The crane Ductile irons should be more than up to the job.

It's a solid roller Cam.

Personally, due to the high spring pressures associated with Rollers, I wouldn't want a cheap ebay rocker anywhere near my engine.

HS, Comp, Hughes, T&D or Jesel
