I need to decide/find/order a steering wheel for the 71 B-body. It has blue interior and have not been able to find a nice blue 3 spoke wheel. So I am looking into other options. I have seen a few people using the black Tuff wheel. Any other ideas for blue interior cars?

Wood-grained rim-blow was an OPTION & they're non-color dependant.

from HAMTRAMCK-HISTORICAL check it out!

Yep...S81 was what I had been searching for. The wood grain probably would look pretty good with the wood grain rallye cluster, wood grain console top plate and wood grain "trim" on the door panels..

If he goes "rim blow" he'll need the adapter can/spacer for 71 B Bodies.....if his column is blue, he'll need a blue horn cap...

Thanks. I was wondering if I needed to locate an adapter.

Anyone used this steering wheel? It appears that no adapter is needed?

This aftermarket wheel is made like the “Tuff Wheel” Chrysler offered in the late 60’s. This wheel is a great alternative for those vehicles that were not equipped with the “tuff wheel”. This wheel features a matte nickel finish; an original style horn button and includes a dual bolt pattern: one for a direct replacement using original hardware on the original column and one for an installation kit for a non-tuff wheel column. The non-riveted hardwood walnut finish grip steering wheel is 15" diameter with a 2 ½" dish

As Dan mentioned, they are NOT color dependant. In 71 they only came black.

That's right, in 71 the cap was only available in black. You could get the fishcaps and the Dodge caps in colors but the plain one was only black.

I have the rimblow you need available right now. Contact me if you're interested.

Blue Tuff wheels were made, I have one and can post a pic if you like. It's a fairly dark color, kinda "royal blue" if you will.

Source was a Mirada if I remember correct.
