650 spread-bore carb.....has anybody ran this carb on anything? Thinking about trying this on my 440 in my 2wd RC that's just for towing & pulling stuff. Just see how it does.

They were designed for q-jet and thermoquad stock replacements.I have the 800(mechanical) one here but don't have anything to put it on.

What kind of trouble are you having if you don't mind me asking?

Anybody else run these?

I ran one back years ago and it was a great carb.
It was on a 77 dodge van 400. Great power and mileage. Box stock it was close, but I upped the front jets a size I think.
Even the choke worked great.
That van gained 2-3 mpg over the stock 2 bbl.

Where can I get kits for this carb? Or is it that you can't look it up by the 7006-2 part number?

Here are some choices for you...

So that was my problem........I wasn't putting the R in front of 7006-2. Thanks.

Did that and a bunch of stuff came up even in google.
