Can you guys help my out who makes good girdle plate system and rear billet seal retainer for 400cid Mopar? Please do not mention 440.source

Hughes and Mancini sell some that look good to me.

i used the hughes on mine,i had to clearance it for my oil pickup tube a little.and i didn't follow the instructions that said to run 2 beads of silicone between the block and girdle,just put a bead on the outside of the studs.big mistake,had oil seeping down every stud.

Call Dave Bruns at Mid american racing engines in Iowa. Mopar specialist and makes the best girdle kit out there.

i make the bcr girdle kits. 1/2 thick girdle, and heavy duty billet main caps. drop me an email if you want some more info.

I used the Mancini kit on my 400, pretty straight forward set up. It was the Hughes kit but a little cheaper price.
