But only cost Me 8 bucks and a penny,total..I'm happy. Thanks for all Yer input..

Aero426 I Live Here A Joined: Jan 2003 Posts: 10,030 Wisconsin	A or B is believed to refer to the original lock supplier to Chrysler. A is for All Lock B is for Briggs and Stratton. I got the above from a Mopar friend who works for Briggs. He also said that all the guys who were around back then are now gone. It could also have meaning as a primary/secondary key. But he believes it was more of a vendor coding thing.

They used different warting (bump in the lock cylinder that follows the milled groove) in the locks to increase the number of possible combinations.
