Does the filler piece sit on the top of the bumper OR kind of underneath between the bumper and the body of the car?
Pictures would be great

There are three total pieces. The long middle piece has a c channel the fits around the top lip on the bumper and fills the gap. the two side pieces bolt to the outside edge and meets up with the other piece.

IIRC there was someone on eBay doing them. I believe I read that on this board a number of years ago. As far as availablity, quality and seller integrity, I have no clue. They were not OEM. If no one answers here, try roadrunnernest.com
