Seems to be plant to plant differences in either black painted or natural finished suspension parts. If you own a factory 1971 A-body and are 100% sure your suspension has it's factory finishes please post your cars production plant origin and SPD and your finishes findings along with pics if possible. Please keep your posts limited to 1971 cars to keep the post clean of distractions. Thanks!
