When I was looking for one about a year ago I did not find anyone selling/reproducing it.

If price is not an issue, Brad's NOS Parts has one on ebay;

I bought a NOS valve cover breather from Brads when they shipped it it showed up with out the box that was pictured with it. Makes you wonder how much used stuff gets passed off as NOS.

If you just want your driving lamps working and do not need to have an exact replacement part, then relay #2932834 can be made to work. The 4th terminal has to be grounded as the original 3 terminal relay grounded through the case. Also, the mounting bracket is different. A quick Google search found 2 NOS in the $110 range.

For an even less pricey part, I am quite sure a generic Bosch style square relay could be wired in to work.
