LSM made a 4/7 swap cam for my Big Block Mopar. I had it made in the 54 mm cam core size to strengthen the cam core and allow me to run the roller cam bearings as well. That was about a $1,000.00 up grade with the machine work, bearings and camshaft. But I'm sure they can make you a standard core size camshaft with the 4/7 swap.
