Metro Supersoft trunk seal for my 68 GTX and its sorta a > shape.Does the opening in the > go out or in?If anyone had some pics maybe?And maybe a close up of where it transitions on the lower trunk edge?

The > goes out and if your talking about the seam don't center it.
They were a little off center from what I've seen.

Jay, the > goes out and you should see the sharp half round when standing at the rear of the car. As RJS said the ends should sit slightly off-set of the center or latch area, my '69 GTX's was off-set to the passenger's side of center. The sharp half-round or bottom part of the seal is like that to keep water from entering not the other way around.
