Just curious how many of you guy's that run a coil over
ladder bar suspension change your springs ? Mine have been on the car for several seasons now, and I know they take a beating being hauled to and from the race track, and I am looking to change mine this week, and was just curious how often one should change the springs, when my car is in the shop, it is on jack stands with the springs relaxed, and never has the weight of the car on them, except on the hauler, and at the track , so let's hear some opinions on this subject, I'm all ears.

Thanks
Dave

I've never changed them.. like all springs they have
a life span based on cycles and distance traveled
so my car in the trailer gets some movement but the
trailer rides pretty smooth... I use to use a air
bag under the car to minimize the movement but it
tore and I never replaced it

Every now and then I check the bolt to bolt measurement on my car to see if it's where I put it when I set the ride height, If the springs go bad this measurement will get shorter. As long as it the same I dont worry about the springs
