With B5 interior and standard dash, was the steering column & horn pad B5 or black. Car is '71 Cuda.

That's a tuff call, as I've seen both color combos on standard dash E bodies, Challenger and Cuda,...but the majority seem to be black on standard dash cars, esp low line equipped models

My experience with Blue cars is that the horn pad matches the blue interior even if the steering column is black.
The only exception is on the low line cars which seem to come with standard black pad as Dayclona stated
