Are your current control arms good? If so just weld the tabs on many vendors sell them.

As others have already posted, find yourself a pair of standard LCA's, and grind off the tabs from your existing LCA's and then reweld the tabs onto the replacements. LCA's from the B body's will interchange all the way back to 1962, that you also can use. Lots of standard LCA's to be found out there. And you can get repop sway bar mount brackets from Hotchkis, if you had too.
