i posted this months ago--now i have it almost done--doing final touches.
my engine builder (BES) said i need a forward facing scoop so i used what i had laying around and i came up with this
I LIKE IT

I think it looks cool on the car--i dont like the plan flat hoods with a BIG scoop on them,
this is stuff i had laying around the garage

I like it. Anything thats different is good in my book. But what good is it going to do not sealed to the winsheild and open at the back? Are you going to seal it to the carb somehow?

I put a clear plexeglass panel in the rear of the scoop to block it off-AND so i can see the carb---if something goes wrong.
i have a plate under the carb w/foam to seal it to the hood.
