my keys where in the house and i had to move the dart so i put car in neutral and pushed by hand and the rear end was making all this clunking noise, and its all rebuilt 3.23 posi unit but its leaking i had the car for 1 week now and it was all rebuilt bout a year ago,it was low bout 10 ounces, i re tighted all the bolts and no leak now but it still clunks is this normal or is something hurt? it seems to drive ok, any info would be appreciated again thanks moparts and mopar people mopar or no car

Should not clunk. Have you checked to see that the pinion nut is tight? I would jack it up and turn the wheels in neutral to see if I could locate exactly where the clunk is.

could be an axle bolt

Were you pushing it straight or turning at the time? Could be the sure grip "popping" if it's turning. Might need better oil or sure grip additive.
