Andrewh master A Joined: Feb 2003 Posts: 8,671	I have a 727 behind my 5.9. the catch is the torque converter balance vs flex plate. as for the 98 and up b&m made/makes a flex plate that is balanced to go on a neutral torque converter. for the earlier type you have to have a magnum balanced converter.
