I have the vent frame out of the car and was installing the vent glass, but it wants to set a little out of the bottom chrome seat at the rear of the glass. I have to do this to keep the glass from hitting the top of the vent frame. would it be better to install the vent frame in the car and then install the vent glass? I installed new vent seals and think it is part of the problem.. Also what do you use to glue the glass in the glass channel? Thanks for any info...

Install the door first. then the vent frame and then the glass. Make sure the weather strip is in place or it may wind up to tight.
