Does anyone know of a company that makes fiberglass brackets for the rear bumper, I can only find the front

Why would you want light bumper brackets on the rear? My buddy who races a 68 Dart and he went with a fiberglass trunk lid, he now has put a steel one back on and the car hooks much better. So to answer your question, nobody!

The car fits a 33x16 tire so traction isn't a issue. I'm looking for light parts
