Recently installed my new tranzact 727 with a ultimate brake and having trouble getting a hold of Joe to ask what gauge wire I should use. I currently have it wired with 14 ga wire is this sufficiant?

Should be fine, that's what we used on ours. What kind of a two step are you running? Although with ours I ended up using a relay for the two step, the trnas brake itself has never needed a relay to it.

Thank you for info Im useing a MSD 2 step no relays on any thing I would think they would be a low current draw and not require a relay.

Most trans brakes dont draw alot so 14 gauge is fine
