The year one paint is not an exact match to the factory color, in the ball park is about all you should expect. Stripping engine tin is a dirty time consuming job, I'd suggest taking it all to a machine shop to have it hot tanked, a good hot tank job will remove most or all of the paint, use paint stripper to remove any leftovers and soak them in Evaporust to remove any rust. Once everything is cleaned get it all dry as a bone and wrap them in bags, store in a clean dry climate controlled place and paint when the time comes. the factory didn't use primer and you don't need to either, if you prep the metal properly before paint it will hold up for a very long time just fine.

Thanks
I was going to use roloc's and brissle discs
SO hottank, paint strip, rust away clean up and bag em until
engine build THEN paint whole engine sounds logical
Car was garaged 25 years ago everything apart + boxed
oil pan is rusty see pic might locate new one

year one's paint is Mopar Engine Paint
this paint does not match ??
I will check with your recommended source (1st reply)
thanks again

No it does not (very well anyway) it's also inconsistant and the spray cans fail to dispense paint COMMONLY!
