My 71 Demon 340 4-speed is overheating. This past winter I replaced the intake and timing chain and gears. It had started overheating last year only in traffic and would cool down when traffic gor moving. Well this year after the work this past winter it would overheat and not cool down. So the old radiator that was in the car wasn't big enough 18 inch 4 core custom made from and after market radiator. It worked great for 8 years. So I bought a Champion 3 core radiator and a 17 thermostatically controled fan with a shroud. After I installed the radiator and fan. The car overheated right away and worse it overheats just driving. So last night I changed the waterpump and thermostat went to a 160 degree stat. Still same problem. Any help would great.
Thanks Brian
