i need to know if carb 4131s was ever used on a 426 hemi. all the info i can find yes on a 66 auto car. also on a 66 383/440 cars is this info right. thanks for any help mark.

Single application on the 426 Wedge. No Hemi.

Not used on Hemi's and VERY common carbs used on multiple BB engines in 1966, demand is pretty much zero because they seem to be everywhere (cheap).

I have a pair of 4131'a on a B iron dual quad intake. Gonna be interesting to see how they do

I'm not sure I follow you on that comment, I am not collecting carbs, I only buy cores that I have on my customers "wanted" lists and I've never had to hunt for one of those that's for sure. That said they are a decent little carb, simple, small cfm, and work well in single 4 or dual 4 applications on moderate performance street builds.

I missed that 66 auto hemi part.. I meant they were on 383's and 440's in 66. Sorry Rug,guess you.re not rich after all.

It's TQ, IRA, AOL joke. TQ's have been slowly gaining in popularity. It was a joke at the possibility of 4131's getting more expensive.
