Looking at gasket matching the SV in the pic.

My question is the corners I am planning on cleaning up are really intruding on the plenum - Do you generally open is up so the radius does not interfere with the carb spacer?

All 4 corners are like this, but I wanted opinions on what really should be cleaned up here.

I've already opened the ports up, as they were extremely small, but it also seems the top is as well.

This is what Vic did to mine when I bought it a few years ago,exactly what you are asking about. Just a basic cleanup of that area.

It looks like he removed all the protruding material under the gasket.
