Id say it depends on witch steering wheel you want. I need a adapter to put my GT wheel on my truck..
I am truckless..

Every one I mounted took their kit.The Tuff style wheel they make might not need a kit if you already have a Tuff wheel.Rocky

I just drilled the holes on the wheel to match the "can" on the cuda (all e body has one). Same as yours.
