from what I was told at QA1...put the rear on scales...then look it up on charts...Strange has one also..

You have to know the rear weight(race weight) then
subtract the weight of the diff then bases on that
weight you can determine the spring rate... length
is determined by the shock used

Yes lightest spring to hold the car up at the shocks install height without using more than an inch of preload in the spring. That is what I use and we used on the pro-mod/ADRL cars I have been around.
