If you were going to build a new car, would it be a 10.5 tire or a big tire car?

All depends on what your doing with the car... if
its a bracket car... go big but if you plan on other
things with it... set it up for both sizes

There is no way I would limit a car build to a 10.5 tire, unless:

1) The class requires it (and you could build it bigger and still run the 10.5)

2) The car will be a moderate power combo, say 11.99-slower.
